Description:
Leading a team which would be responsible for Key HR system for a Manufacturing industry customer. You would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Workday platform, including configuring applications, creating integrations, building reports, and customizing workflows, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Workday applications while ensuring system efficiency and data integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage operations of Workday integrations catering payroll, benefits, and relevant IT systems data globally
- Supervise Workday operations team
- Design and implement new Workday integrations and enhance existing integrations using APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Studio
- Develop custom reports (Advanced and Matrix mostly) for HR users using Workday Report Writer
- Collaborate closely with teams from the Americas, EMEA and APAC to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical issues in Workday integrations
- Conduct weekly and monthly operations review meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify, strategize, and implement process improvements in Workday integrations and reports.
- Conduct bi-annual Workday upgrade testing using SMART Kainos Test Manager
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good technical documentation / handover skills
- Front face customers and stand as first point of contact for escalations.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience on workday Integrations and Studio
- Exp in Workday Integrations (APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces)
- Workday Reporting
- Workday HCM
- Workday Studio
- XML / XSLT / HTML
- SOAP / REST APIs
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
