Telecoms Messaging Service Engineer

Requirements:

  • Long-standing (over 5 years) professional experience
  • Cross-functional and multi-cultural collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Delivering results, Manage a changing environment, Customer oriented
  • Strong expertise in Messaging Services
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Career degree – Computer Science or Telecommunications
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of telecoms technologies, Core Network, Value Added Services, Network Function Virtualization, DevOps/Agile delivery frameworks, Cloud & Containerized environments.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment managing multiple & changing priorities
  • Project Management Certification (preferred)
  • Ability to understand marketing needs and reference market evolution

The Role:

  • Demand Management. Define, design and implement solutions to fit Business requirements
  • Vendor Management, external and internal suppliers, ensuring the delivery of services
  • Collaboration with national and international peers at Technology or Commercial areas and Executives within various national companies, Network Strategy & Engineering
  • Solutions Design & Implementation, including Certification & testing activities and post deployment support.
  • Messaging Services Architecture definition and evolution. Ensure the correct sizing and capacity of the messaging systems
