Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer
- Dublin based, 2 days onsite per week minimum: hybrid

- It is a mandatory requirement that you have the equivalent of 7 years’ experience in a similar role

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Consultant/Microsoft Power Platform
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
We are looking for a talented experienced MS Dynamics Developer to join our client’s dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building MS Dynamics Case Management Solutions with user centric design background. You will work closely with our design and business teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.
The MS Dynamics Developer must be proficient in working on Agile projects with a previous experience of MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development is highly desirable.
We are looking for an experienced developer with strong technical skills to create and customise software applications using MS Dynamics 365. Necessary skills include:
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Dynamics Portal / Power Pages
- Power Apps, Power Automate and Canvas App
- Web API, BI and Power BI, Power Automate
- NET (Web Forms and MVC), C#, ADO.NET JavaScript, frameworks and libraries
- APIs and backend integrations
- CI/CD pipelines & Azure DevOps
- Build tools, Repos and package managers
- Debugging and Development Tools
Backend Development
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration and Customisation
- Experience with Power Platforms and Power Apps
- Data modelling and entity relationships with Dataverse
- Scripting, Code Development and Reporting
- Dynamics 365 SDK (Software Development Kit)
- Data Management, SQL and API integrations
- Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud services
- Sys Admin skills, environment management and security compliance
- The combination of MS Dynamics with Power Apps and Power platform solution development skills and experience.
Non-Technical Skills

Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Any relevant certification related to frontend (ex: CSS / JavaScript / HTML / Frontend)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above), or equivalent
Key Deliverables:
- Design, develop, and implement customised solutions in MS Dynamics 365 CMS to meet business requirements. This includes creating and customising entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports.
- Develop Integrated Dynamics 365 with other business applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Develop workflows and Power Apps for enhanced user interactions based on business requirements.
- Maintain and improve MS Dynamics performance, and reporting capabilities. Debug and fix issues to improve performance and user experience.
- Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CMS and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Dev Apps, and custom APIs.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CMS system settings and security roles to ensure compliance with business needs and data protection regulations.
- Oversee SharePoint set-up, data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of the data storing and uploads.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CMS related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, customisations, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to ensure effective use of the CMS system.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CMS and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and task estimation, working and developing CICD pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our products remain modern and competitive.
Experience, Competencies & Skillsets:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong background in MS Dynamics 365, Dynamics customer service portal, Power Apps and Dataverse data mapping
- Development experience with MS Dynamics 365 CMS development and customisation.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CMS architecture and capabilities. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CMS with other systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
- Experience with Dataverse, Reporting and customisation of dashboards for various business reporting needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
