Overview

Eir Evo Talent has partnered with an organisation based in Dublin. We are hiring for a senior front end engineer, you will be working on modern web based applications with React.JS framework. This opportunity is based in Dublin City, operating on a hybrid working model (2 days per week). The role is initially a 12 month contract, with 2 further 12 month extensions available.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain complex, scalable front-end features using React.js, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
  • Lead technical discussions and influence front-end best practices across the team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building modern front-end applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of front-end performance optimisation and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with back end technologies, Node / Java
  • Previous experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
