QA Automation Lead
Job Type: 6 months + contract
Location: Cork
Mandatory technical skill sets :
5 to 8 years experience in Java Automation Framework
Experienced in eCommerce website testing
Experienced in Back end API Testing
Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases
Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
Good team and people skills
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
Good to Have:
Experience in Xcode, Splunk, Charles Proxy, PostMan
Experience in Unix and Linux commands, Retail or Online Store background

Project Activities to be performed :
Expectation to perform 70% automation & 30% manual work. Ability to lead project. Communication skills a must.
Lead QA project for Automation and manual testing
Host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
Work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
Collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
Coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
