Work Model : 4 days a week onsite in Dublin

The Role

An experienced product manager to lead the full life cycle of a range of product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who will assume ownership and guide teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Assist regions to develop growth strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
  • Collaborate closely across the organisation in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organisation
  • Develop product positioning and messaging
  • Triaging application issues with Third parties and users while taking ownership to drive satisfactory outcomes

Skills :

  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Prior experience in software development lifecycle & QA
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functionally
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product strategies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • SQL in use and building procedures
