eir evo talent seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our client’s team on a 6-month daily rate contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Irish Plc, contributing to a high-profile programme that requires meticulous data management, real-time tracking, and impactful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management & Entry:
    • Input and manage data for all work packages and deliverables into the project management solution, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Handle a high volume of line items (estimated 2000+), maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Dashboard Design:
    • Develop and design dashboards for real-time project tracking and performance monitoring.
    • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, insightful, and meet the needs of stakeholders.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Regularly interact with local project teams to validate and support accurate tracking of deliverables.
    • Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure consistency in project updates.
  4. Risk & Delay Identification:
    • Assist the programme director in identifying potential project delays or risks through thorough analysis and tracking.
    • Provide proactive solutions and insights to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
  5. Executive Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly executive reports in collaboration with the programme director.
    • Highlight key project milestones, risks, and achievements in a clear and concise format for senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a PMO or project analyst role within a complex programme environment.
  • Strong data management and analysis skills, with the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and solutions (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Expertise in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and propose actionable solutions.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports, showcasing clarity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Experience in large-scale programmes within a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
