Overview
eir evo talent are seeking applications for a Helpdesk Engineer, this is a 12-month day rate contract located in Dublin 24.
Requirements:
- Provide Level 1 ICT support and/or Level 2 support also as necessary.
- Minimum 4 years experience.
- Assigns requests to relevant 3rd parties (Field Engineers or Level 2 Technical resources, etc.) where request cannot be resolved within the Helpdesk group.
- Responsible for the support of new user account setups, password resets, account removal/transfers and similar issues.
- To Investigate “suspicious emails” using the tools provided in the Microsoft 365 defender security portal.
- Troubleshoot issues with desktop and laptop devices.
- Provide support for Microsoft office applications.
- Install and update software as required.
- Assist with desk moves.
- Provide troubleshooting for meetings and events.
- Setup and provision laptops and desktops.
