Overview

Eir Evo Talent has partnered with a client in Co Donegal. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join their analytics team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with Oracle databases, extracting and interpreting data, building reports, and supporting business decisions with clear, data-backed insights. This opportunity requires the candidate to be onsite 2/3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and analyse data from Oracle databases to support business initiatives.
  • Design and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on Oracle databases.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Java and Mircroservices
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
