We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee a high-impact Oracle Cloud transformation for a prominent enterprise operating across global operations. This is a senior role within a major programme of work for a long-term Oracle partner, delivering critical business change and digital transformation in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, governance, and delivery of Oracle Cloud applications, supporting a complex organisation in a highly regulated, asset-intensive sector. You will be working in a high-trust, delivery-focused environment where your ability to manage stakeholders, mitigate risk, and drive performance will make a visible and meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud application implementations using established project methodologies.
  • Build and manage effective, cross-functional delivery teams—locally and globally.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Deliver high-quality project artefacts and maintain accurate status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal and third-party teams, managing interdependencies and external supplier deliverables.

Commercial & Contract Oversight

  • Support creation and refinement of Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Own project budgets, using Oracle Analytics Cloud Service to monitor spend and forecast against targets.
  • Ensure contract terms and scope are adhered to, managing change control and protecting commercial margins.
  • Collaborate closely with customer leadership to ensure deliverables are aligned with strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead effective communications strategies across project and client teams.
  • Serve as a visible, credible advisor and advocate for Oracle best practices.

Governance & Practice Development

  • Uphold rigorous project controls and contribute to internal governance frameworks.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to ongoing improvements in project delivery methodology.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Industry-recognised Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Oracle PM)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project

Experience

Essential

  • 7+ years of Oracle SaaS/EBS project management experience
  • End-to-end delivery of at least two Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM implementations
  • Experience managing global delivery teams and third-party suppliers
  • Strong track record with Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements
  • Proven success navigating complex stakeholder environments
