Overview
eirevo talent are seeking applications for a Helpdesk Engineer, this is a 12 month day rate contract. The position is an onsite role in Dublin 8.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience working in a Level-1 Helpdesk Role;
- Previous experience working with Active Directory creating users, doing password resets, account removals/transfers and similar issues.
- Previous experience in working with a Helpdesk system in logging and monitoring calls, following-up, escalating, closing issues and in recording and communicating solutions to issues to the rest of the team.
- Previous experience in dealing with local Desktop Support issues where a user has difficulty with local software, network connectivity, printing, PC performance
