With over 20 years experience in the IT and Recruitment Industry Sharon has deep sectoral expertise in outsourcing and staffing solutions to both the Public and Private sectors. Sharon’s background encompasses Account Management, Sales and Recruitment for companies such as Dell and Evros Technology Group. She is a member of the National Recruitment Federation and is an advocate of delivering the highest possible standards and codes of practice to clients and candidates alike.

As eir evo talent's Service Delivery Manager Carol is responsible for partnering with both our clients and Associates to ensure the delivery of the highest level of recruitment and staffing solutions and services. Carol has in-depth experience working in Technical Recruitment as well as Sales and Account Management for some of the most prominent names in the industry such as Oracle and Datapac. Since joining the team in 2014 Carol has been responsible for the ongoing delivery of some of the largest and most complex IT staffing solutions services in the Public and Private sectors in Ireland, from Helpdesks and multilingual support centres, through to Project Management Offices and Development teams. Carol holds a Masters in Business and Employee Engagement from the Irish Management Institute.

Louise is eir evo talent’s Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading our Back Office operations, including Quotations, Invoicing, Order Processing, Procurement and Payroll. With a background in Account Management for leading companies, Louise is highly experienced in managing large corporate accounts and resourcing operations.

Niall is a dynamic, highly motivated Recruitment Specialist here at eir evo talent. A self-starter and people’s person, Niall’s role is to source the best talent on the market and ensure they are placed with the ideal client. Having over 10 years’ experience in a variety of fields Niall has a wealth of experience and knowledge in sales and customer service across a range of markets. Previously a successful entrepreneur Niall is a real people’s person who is extremely dedicated and particularly skilled in finding the ideal opportunities and top-class talent.

Brian is a long standing member of the recruitment team in eir evo talent and has specialised in Permanent and Contract IT recruitment with particular expertise in sourcing and placing Project Managers and Infrastructure Engineers for the last 6 years. Brian has worked in the staffing, recruitment and employment sectors for over 10 years with companies such as Cpl, Matrix Recruitment, the Rehab Group and Unum Ireland. Brian holds an NRF certificate in Recruitment Practice and is a graduate of Carlow Institute of Technology with a degree in Business and Services Marketing.

With a background in IT Support, Infrastructure Engineering and Service Desk Management Chris is both an IT engineering and IT recruitment specialist. Chris has over 17 years working in both the IT and Recruitment sectors and represents the highest levels of technical expertise. Chris also leads eir evo talent’s technical screening process with our candidates. During his seven years with us Chris has successfully built long standing relationships with IT technology professionals and clients throughout Ireland and within the Evros Technology Group. Chris is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology and a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

Paul is a Technology Recruitment Specialist with a deep background in IT, having worked for a number of years in the UK and Ireland in IT Management, Field Engineering and Technical Support roles. In recent years Paul has expanded his already broad skillset into staffing, payroll solutions, accounts management and IT recruitment. Paul joined the team in 2014 and as well as Technical Resourcing and Recruitment he is our resident database and CMS administrator.

Daniel is a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist here at eir evo talent. He has an extremely dynamic background which allows him to bring a variety of skills to his role. He is particularly knowledgeable across the telecom sector, as well as the customer service and sales markets. Daniel has a keen eye for talent and uses his vast experience to bring the best roles within the IT sector to candidates and clients alike. He is very driven and gets a huge amount of satisfaction from having a positive impact in everything he does.

Harleen has over 5 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant. She joined the recruitment industry after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Computer Science and has a strong background in recruiting for the Software Development Sector across the APAC and EMEA markets. A pleasure to work with, Harleen is a very friendly and happy-go-lucky person, and her mission is to do everything she can to help candidates secure their dream job.

As part of eir evo talent’s Finance and Resourcing Administration Team, Linda provides full support across all of eir evo talent’s financial operations including quotations, invoicing, order processing, procurement and payroll. With over 20 years’ experience in the finance sector, Linda is a highly knowledgeable as well as naturally analytical person and is adept at working with large corporates and small businesses alike, with varied customer focuses.

Aoife is eir evo talent's Contract Administrator. Her responsibilities include issuing and managing contracts, assisting our onsite associates, overseeing timesheet administration and resolving day to day queries.Aoife joined the team at the beginning of 2020 after graduating at Dublin Business School with a Certificate in Digital Marketing. She is highly adept at guiding candidates through our onboarding process and her focus is to ensure this process is as easy and smooth as possible for them.Aoife also has a Joint Honours BA in Sociology and Information & Social Computing from UCD.

As part of eir evo talent’s Finance and Resourcing Administration Team, Juliana's responsibilities include issuing and managing orders, assisting our onsite associates, overseeing timesheet administration, and resolving day to day queries. Juliana joined the team at the beginning of 2024. Juliana's background includes handling budgets, contributing to financial forecasting, onboarding new team members and vendors, setting up contracts, and facilitating seamless integration into the organisation.

Pat is responsible for bid management at eir evo talent, particularly in relation to public sector resourcing opportunities. He has an extensive background in software development, bid and project management in Ireland and Belgium, and was a partner in an ICT-focused recruitment business for many years. Pat is a highly proactive professional with well-developed skills and experience in areas such as proposal and contract preparation, financial analysis, business development and relationship building. 

Originally from Hungary, Roland came to us with 14 years of experience in the telecommunications sector in domains, including customer care, service delivery, commercial bid pricing, bid management and proposal management.As a Technical Bid Writer, he keeps an eye on our clients’ requirements and closely collaborates with eir evo talent’s candidates during the tender process.He is a results-oriented professional with an eye for detail putting his skills and industry standard certifications in the fields of project management, bid management, risk management and service management to good use in delivering results for our customers.
